We pair it with others depending on the task: GitHub Copilot and Cursor in the editor, Figma Make for prototyping interfaces, and ChatGPT or Gemini when they add something. AI speeds things up, but it doesn't make the calls. Behind every turn of the cycle is a team of experts who define, design, review and own what reaches production. That way, speed never comes at the expense of quality, security or reliability. How we work with AI: 1. **Define** (Expert team + AI): We dig into the business and write the specs: what gets built, the acceptance criteria and the architecture guidelines to follow. 2. **Design** (Expert team + AI): We design the experience and the interface, prototyping with AI to validate ideas with the client before we build. 3. **Build** (Claude): Writes code by following the specs and the project's guidelines (spec-driven development), never improvising scope or architecture. 4. **Review** (Expert team + AI): A joint code review: AI flags issues, and the team reviews, tests and approves every change before it gets merged. 5. **Deploy** (Expert team): We roll every release out to production in a controlled way, and keep a close eye on it after go-live.
