# AI for accounting firms

**Your firm isn't held back by client demand. It's held back by how much operational work your team can absorb.** Every new client brings in fees, but also dozens of taxes, filing regimes and deadlines someone has to stay on top of, month after month. That workload determines how many clients you can take on, at what margin, and how likely an error is to reach the client.

We pinpoint where AI makes sense in your operations, the impact it can have and where to start, through an analysis tailored to your business.

This service is valued at USD 500. If you move forward with us on the implementation, it's fully credited toward the project. We only charge for it if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities.

## The landscape for accounting firms

- at least 67 taxes and reporting or withholding regimes a single Argentine SME may have to comply with. (IARAF — Vademécum Tributario Argentino de PyMEs, https://www.iaraf.org/index.php/informes-economicos/area-fiscal/703-informe-economico-2026-01-25)
- 76% of Argentine accountants say reducing administrative workload is AI's main benefit for their firm.
- +55% clients served per week by accountants who use AI heavily, along with about 21% more billable hours. (Choi & Xie — Journal of Accounting Research (Stanford GSB / MIT), https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/faculty-research/working-papers/human-ai-accounting-early-evidence-field)

- **Capacity eaten up by operational work**: Your team is already maxed out with current clients, so taking on more means hiring before you can bill.
- **Margins that keep getting thinner**: Fees are negotiated once, but the operational hours per client never go down.
- **Errors that reach the client**: A mistyped figure or a missed deadline costs the client — and the firm's reputation.
- **Advisory work that's always on the back burner**: The work that bills best and builds the most client loyalty keeps getting pushed back until things slow down.

## Where to look for opportunities first

We place each initiative by how much impact it can have and how much effort implementing it takes.

- Automated receipt classification and entry (Quick wins)
- Assisted reconciliations (Quick wins)
- Automatic document follow-up (Quick wins)
- Draft replies to common client questions (Complements)
- Discrepancy alerts before period close (Differentiators)
- Internal tax and regulatory assistant (Quick wins)

## Your AI Opportunity Map

We analyze one process at your firm and show you which operational tasks AI can take over (receipt entry, reconciliations, document follow-up), how that affects your team's capacity, and where to start.

- **The process as it actually works today**: We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- **Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't**: We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- **Impact and effort matrix**: Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- **An estimate of the possible benefit**: The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- **A concrete recommendation on where to start**: One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.

## From application to Map, in four steps

1. **You apply**: You answer a few questions so we can understand and assess your company.
2. **We talk**: We start with a video call with an AI expert.
3. **We analyze the process**: We pick where it makes the most sense to look for opportunities.
4. **You get your Map**: Our first delivery estimate is 3 business days.

## The same team that finds the opportunity builds it and keeps it running

We're a boutique software company from Argentina, with over 9 years of experience building software for well-known companies.

## Frequently asked questions

**How long does it take?**
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we map out the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details. The Map arrives in about 3 business days from the first meeting.

**Is it in person?**
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.

**Do I have to prepare anything?**
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.

**How long until we see a result?**
The first automations — receipt entry, reconciliations — are usually running within weeks. They're the highest-impact, lowest-effort ones, and the Map lays out exactly what order to tackle them in. If your team isn't spending fewer hours on the process after a month, there's no point in continuing.

**What happens to our clients' data?**
It's the first question any partner asks, and rightly so. A taxpayer's information is covered by professional privilege and by Argentina's data protection law (25,326). We agree up front on which data is processed and where, and the system is configured so the information is never used to train third-party models.

**Does my company have to be large?**
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.

**What happens afterwards?**
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.

**Why is it free? (while the promotion is running)**
We believe it's the simplest way to show how we work before asking you to invest in a project. This free-of-charge offer has an end date.

**Does it work with Tango, Bejerman, Xubio or whatever we already use?**
You don't need to switch systems. We build on what your software already allows: data import and export, APIs where available, and the receipts you already download from the tax authority. The goal is to get the data into the system you already use, not to add another one.

**What if the AI gets it wrong?**
Every process keeps a human in the loop. The AI suggests and your team signs off: we set a confidence threshold, anything below it goes to review, and everything stays traceable. Instead of reviewing 100% of the work, the team reviews only the exceptions.

**When is the consultation charged? (when no promotion is running)**
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we credit the full cost of the Map toward that project.
