# AI for manufacturing and agribusiness

**The plant is producing less than it used to, and the back office is working harder than ever.** Costs keep rising, you can't pass them on to customers, and volume isn't coming back. The only lever left to protect your margin is how the plant is run. Yet half the workday of your managers, supervisors and engineers goes into production orders, quality records, reports and spreadsheets nobody ever looks at again. That's where AI can take over the administrative side of production — reading, data entry, cross-checking and alerts — without touching a single machine.

We pinpoint where AI makes sense in your operations, the impact it can have and where to start, through an analysis tailored to your business.

This service is valued at USD 500. If you move forward with us on the implementation, it's fully credited toward the project. We only charge for it if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities.

## The landscape for industrial manufacturing

- ~50% of managers', plant supervisors' and engineers' time goes into document handling, data analysis and problem solving — exactly the tasks AI can transform. (UIA + Accenture — Reinventarse con Inteligencia: cómo construir la Fábrica 2030, https://www.accenture.com/content/dam/accenture/final/accenture-com/document-fy26/q3/Reinventarse-Con-Inteligencia-Como-Construir-La-Fabrica-2030.pdf)
- 57.1% of installed capacity is all Argentine SME manufacturers are using, with output down 7.8% and margins squeezed because rising costs can't be passed on to customers. (CAME — Índice de Producción Industrial Pyme, mayo 2026, https://www.redcame.org.ar/novedades/14640/la-produccion-industrial-pyme-bajo-78-en-el-mes-de-mayo)
- 15% of Argentine manufacturers make advanced, consistent use of management systems. 55% integrate three digital enablers or fewer. (UIA + Accenture — Reinventarse con Inteligencia: cómo construir la Fábrica 2030, https://www.accenture.com/content/dam/accenture/final/accenture-com/document-fy26/q3/Reinventarse-Con-Inteligencia-Como-Construir-La-Fabrica-2030.pdf)

- **Margin that volume won't fix**: Costs keep rising and can't be passed on. With demand this soft, the only place left to recover margin is inside the plant.
- **You pay for every unplanned stoppage twice**: First in the spare part and the scramble, then in lost output. The data to see it coming already exists — it's sitting in spreadsheets nobody analyzes.
- **The audit arrives and the records aren't there**: A customer traceability request or an ISO recertification isn't just paperwork: if the documentation isn't there, you lose the customer.
- **Decisions made on stale data**: The production report is put together by hand and lands after the shift, week or month has already closed. By then, the decision has been made by default.

## Where to look for opportunities first

We place each initiative by how much impact it can have and how much effort implementing it takes.

- Reading and generating production orders (Quick wins)
- Document control for quality and ISO records (Quick wins)
- Automatic production reports (Quick wins)
- Internal procedures and standards assistant (Complements)
- Preventive maintenance based on failure history (Differentiators)
- Quote and supplier tracking (Differentiators)

## Your AI Opportunity Map

We analyze one process in your plant or farm operation — production orders, quality records, maintenance, purchasing — and show you what administrative work AI can take over, what impact that has on cost per unit produced and where to start.

- **The process as it actually works today**: We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- **Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't**: We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- **Impact and effort matrix**: Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- **An estimate of the possible benefit**: The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- **A concrete recommendation on where to start**: One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.

## From application to Map, in four steps

1. **You apply**: You answer a few questions so we can understand and assess your company.
2. **We talk**: We start with a video call with an AI expert.
3. **We analyze the process**: We pick where it makes the most sense to look for opportunities.
4. **You get your Map**: Our first delivery estimate is 3 business days.

## The same team that finds the opportunity builds it and keeps it running

## Frequently asked questions

**How long does it take?**
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we map out the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details. The Map arrives in about 3 business days from the first meeting.

**Is it in person?**
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.

**Do I have to prepare anything?**
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.

**How long until we see results?**
Within weeks. The Map is ready in about 3 business days, and we start with a high-volume administrative workflow — order entry, quality records, the production report — so results show up fast. The key is to measure, before you start, how many hours the team spends on that process today. Without that baseline, there's no way to tell later whether it improved.

**What happens to our drawings, formulas and costs?**
They're your company's core assets, and we treat them that way. Drawings, routings, formulas, cost per product and supplier lists: we define what leaves your perimeter and what's processed in your own environment, with role-based access and a non-disclosure agreement signed before we see a single file. None of that information is used to train third-party models.

**Does my company have to be large?**
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.

**What happens afterwards?**
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.

**Why is it free? (while the promotion is running)**
We believe it's the simplest way to show how we work before asking you to invest in a project. This free-of-charge offer has an end date.

**Does it work with the ERP we already use?**
Yes, and there's no need to change it. We work with what you already run — Tango, Flexxus, Calipso, Finnegans, SAP Business One or an in-house build — using whatever integration that system allows: API, database or files. We also work with the Excel spreadsheets where scheduling, costs and quality records actually live in almost every plant. Those spreadsheets aren't a problem to fix before you start — they're the starting point.

**Do we have to stop the plant to implement it?**
No. We don't touch machines, PLCs or the line: we work on the administrative layer around production — the paperwork, the data and the alerts — so there's no downtime and nothing to install on the floor. The new workflow runs in parallel with the current one until the team confirms the numbers match.

**When is the consultation charged? (when no promotion is running)**
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we credit the full cost of the Map toward that project.
