# AI for municipalities and government agencies

**Residents ask the same thing by phone, by email and at the counter.** In a municipality, most inquiries are the same few questions: requirements, the status of a case file, fee due dates. Each one goes through a person, so a process that could take minutes ends up taking hours and several visits. AI can answer, sort and route those inquiries, while staff still make the decisions.

We pinpoint where AI makes sense in your operations, the impact it can have and where to start, through an analysis tailored to your business.

This service is valued at USD 500. If you move forward with us on the implementation, it's fully credited toward the project. We only charge for it if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities.

## The landscape for the public sector

- 5.4 hours, on average, to complete a government transaction in Latin America. (IDB — Wait No More (2018), https://www.iadb.org/es/noticias/digitalizacion-de-los-tramites-reduciria-la-corrupcion-y-los-costos-de-la-burocracia-en)
- 1 in 4 government transactions require three or more visits to complete. (IDB — Wait No More (2018), https://blogs.iadb.org/administracion-publica/es/ciudadanos-burocracia-y-tramite)
- 74% less time to complete a transaction online than in person. (IDB — Wait No More (2018), https://www.iadb.org/es/noticias/digitalizacion-de-los-tramites-reduciria-la-corrupcion-y-los-costos-de-la-burocracia-en)

- **Repeat questions that tie up the whole team**: Requirements, opening hours and case status get answered over and over, on every channel.
- **Case files that move by hand**: Every step depends on someone reading, sorting and routing a document. When volume spikes, the backlog grows.
- **Residents who come back because a document was missing**: One requirement explained wrong means a second visit and a process that drags on.
- **Information scattered across old systems**: The data exists, but in legacy systems that don't talk to each other.

## Where to look for opportunities first

We place each initiative by how much impact it can have and how much effort implementing it takes.

- Inquiry assistant for residents (Quick wins)
- Automatic sorting and routing of complaints and case files (Quick wins)
- Document pre-validation before the appointment (Quick wins)
- Municipal fee due-date reminders (Complements)
- Search across regulations and resolutions for staff (Differentiators)
- Assisted documentation of legacy systems (Later on)

## Your AI Opportunity Map

We analyze one process in your agency — resident support, complaints, case files — and show you which part AI can take over, how many hours it frees up and where to start.

- **The process as it actually works today**: We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- **Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't**: We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- **Impact and effort matrix**: Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- **An estimate of the possible benefit**: The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- **A concrete recommendation on where to start**: One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.

## From application to Map, in four steps

1. **You apply**: You answer a few questions so we can understand and assess your company.
2. **We talk**: We start with a video call with an AI expert.
3. **We analyze the process**: We pick where it makes the most sense to look for opportunities.
4. **You get your Map**: Our first delivery estimate is 3 business days.

## Frequently asked questions

**How long does it take?**
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we map out the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details. The Map arrives in about 3 business days from the first meeting.

**Is it in person?**
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.

**Do I have to prepare anything?**
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.

**How long until we see results?**
The inquiry assistant and complaint sorting are the first to show results, because they handle the daily volume. The key is to measure upfront how many inquiries come in and how long each complaint takes to resolve. Without those baselines, there's no way to tell how much things improved.

**What happens to residents' data?**
Personal data is protected under Argentina's Law 25,326, and the information still belongs to the agency. We define what gets processed, where and with which provider, so nothing leaves your infrastructure without authorization.

**Does my company have to be large?**
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.

**What happens afterwards?**
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.

**Why is it free? (while the promotion is running)**
We believe it's the simplest way to show how we work before asking you to invest in a project. This free-of-charge offer has an end date.

**Does it replace staff?**
No. It handles the repetitive work — answering the same questions, sorting, sending reminders — so staff can spend their time on the cases that need judgment.

**Does it work with the systems we already have?**
Yes. We integrate with your existing management systems, even old ones, without having to replace them.

**When is the consultation charged? (when no promotion is running)**
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we credit the full cost of the Map toward that project.
