# AI for software companies

**Your developers write code less than one day a week.** The rest of the time goes to searching for information, waiting on answers, writing docs, handling tickets and coordinating. Coding assistants help, but half of developers still lose more than ten hours a week to everything around the code. AI can take those tasks off their plate, so the team can spend its time building product.

We pinpoint where AI makes sense in your operations, the impact it can have and where to start, through an analysis tailored to your business.

This service is valued at USD 500. If you move forward with us on the implementation, it's fully credited toward the project. We only charge for it if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities.

## The landscape for software companies

- 16% of developers' time is spent writing code. (Atlassian — State of Developer Experience 2025, https://www.atlassian.com/blog/developer/developer-experience-report-2025)
- 50% of developers lose more than 10 hours a week to organizational inefficiencies. (Atlassian — State of Developer Experience 2025, https://www.atlassian.com/blog/developer/developer-experience-report-2025)
- 68% of developers already save more than 10 hours a week using AI. (Atlassian — State of Developer Experience 2025, https://www.atlassian.com/blog/developer/developer-experience-report-2025)

- **Knowledge that lives in a few people's heads**: Asking how something works interrupts the people who know the most, and the documentation is never up to date.
- **Support that ends up on the dev team**: Questions the documentation could answer turn into interruptions for developers.
- **Releases stuck at the end of the sprint**: Reviews, tests and release notes pile up right before every release.
- **New hires who take months to ramp up**: Every new hire has to learn a system nobody ever fully documented.

## Where to look for opportunities first

We place each initiative by how much impact it can have and how much effort implementing it takes.

- Internal assistant for code and documentation (Quick wins)
- Automatic first response to support tickets (Quick wins)
- Generating documentation and release notes (Quick wins)
- Test case generation (Complements)
- AI features inside the product (Differentiators)
- Automatic analysis of production incidents (Later on)

## Your AI Opportunity Map

We analyze one process on your team — support, documentation, reviews, testing — and show you which part AI can take over, how many development hours it frees up and where to start.

- **The process as it actually works today**: We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- **Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't**: We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- **Impact and effort matrix**: Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- **An estimate of the possible benefit**: The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- **A concrete recommendation on where to start**: One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.

## From application to Map, in four steps

1. **You apply**: You answer a few questions so we can understand and assess your company.
2. **We talk**: We start with a video call with an AI expert.
3. **We analyze the process**: We pick where it makes the most sense to look for opportunities.
4. **You get your Map**: Our first delivery estimate is 3 business days.

## Frequently asked questions

**How long does it take?**
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we map out the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details. The Map arrives in about 3 business days from the first meeting.

**Is it in person?**
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.

**Do I have to prepare anything?**
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.

**How long until we see results?**
The internal assistant and first-line ticket responses start showing results within the first few weeks. The key is to measure upfront how many hours a week go to interruptions and support. Without that baseline, there's no way to tell how much things improved.

**Does our code leave the company?**
It doesn't have to. We define which repositories and documents are used, with which model provider and under which data-retention terms; if needed, we work with models deployed in your own cloud.

**Does my company have to be large?**
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.

**What happens afterwards?**
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.

**Why is it free? (while the promotion is running)**
We believe it's the simplest way to show how we work before asking you to invest in a project. This free-of-charge offer has an end date.

**We already use coding assistants. Is this still useful?**
Yes. Those tools help with writing code, which is only a small part of the day. The Map targets everything else: support, documentation, reviews and coordination.

**When is the consultation charged? (when no promotion is running)**
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we credit the full cost of the Map toward that project.
