## The challenge

Fertygen needed a system of its own to run the entire clinic and bring each patient's complete medical history together in one place.

## Our solution

- A management system built from scratch to run a fertility clinic end to end
- Responsive design for desktop and mobile
- Forms for treatments, tests and patients, tracking each patient's full medical history
- Migration of the clinic's historical data to the new system
- AI tools to accelerate development

## The result

- Cut the first release from an initial estimate of over a year to 4 months, using AI tools
- Migrated data from a legacy system — unstructured, unnormalized plain-text files — into a well-designed, optimized MongoDB database
- Rolled the system out across the entire clinic in a short time, with separate users, roles, permissions and access levels
- Full compliance with data protection regulations in a highly demanding industry
- Delivered the platform for a client in Mexico with a fully remote team working from Argentina
