It needed to manage its entire catalog in one place — from enrollment and payment all the way to teaching the classes. ## Our solution We designed and built a custom platform from scratch, which we continue to maintain and evolve today: - An end-to-end course and training management platform for the association's physicians - A web module with the course catalog, enrollment and one-time or monthly installment payments - Tracking of courses, participants, payments and available seats - A built-in e-learning tool for teaching the courses - A WordPress institutional site connected to the platform, always showing the latest course offering - Management of physicians' private data, with a strong focus on information security ## The result - The entire course lifecycle, from enrollment to teaching, on a single platform - Online enrollment and payment, with the option to pay in installments - Centralized management of participants, payments and seats - A platform that keeps evolving through ongoing maintenance ## Key figures - 4+ years — building and maintaining the platform - 4 — stages on one platform: catalog, enrollment, payment and classes - 100% — built from scratch ## Sensitive data, well protected The platform handles personal data and payments for the association's physicians.
