For more than 5 years, we've designed, built and evolved the web platform for LEATID, the Training and Development division of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) in Latin America, with a dedicated team and ongoing maintenance.

## The challenge

LEATID trains leaders, professionals and volunteers from Jewish communities across Latin America. It needed its own web platform to promote its programs, share studies and resources, and give each type of user access to the right content — one that could grow as new educational programs were added.

## Our solution

We designed and built a custom platform, and keep evolving it with a dedicated team:

- A training and development web platform built from scratch around LEATID's needs
- Secure login with different access levels and user types
- An intuitive interface so the team can add and update content on its own
- Dedicated sections for each program, a resource library and participant testimonials
- Ongoing maintenance: bug fixes, improvements and new features
- An accessible, scalable system ready to take on new educational programs
