# maximstore: Apple Reseller E-commerce

We built the custom e-commerce platform for maximstore, one of the region's leading Apple resellers, serving Argentina and Uruguay — and a PunchOut-enabled B2B portal that lets Techint's team buy through its own procurement system.

- **Client**: [maximstore](https://maximstore.com/)
- **Industries**: [Retail and e-commerce](https://www.tupaca.com/en/industries/retail-ecommerce)
- **Services**: E-commerce

## Custom e-commerce platform

- **Timeline**: Oct 2023 – present
- **Team**: PM, QA, architect, two developers and a UI/UX designer
- **Live site**: https://maximstore.com/

> A custom e-commerce build for a brand that demands flawless design.

### The challenge

maximstore needed its own online store that could run two markets at once — Argentina and Uruguay — and deliver a shopping experience that lives up to an Apple Premium Reseller.

### Our solution

We designed and built a custom, scalable platform, ready to grow with the business:

- Intuitive UX built entirely around conversion
- A streamlined checkout
- Integrated local payment gateways for Argentina and Uruguay
- Salesforce integration for inventory and sales management, plus marketing tools
- Ongoing enhancements and support through monthly hour packages, with a prioritized backlog
- A robust, scalable architecture built to evolve, with security at its core

### The result

- A fully custom platform with no hidden costs and an experience designed around the brand
- A robust, scalable foundation ready for more countries across the region
- Seamless integration with marketing and operations, built on the tools maximstore already uses
- A store that keeps evolving, with no limits on adding new features

### Key figures

- 2 countries — with local payment gateways
- 6 people — on the dedicated project team
- 100% — custom-built for maximstore
- 3+ years — working together on this and other projects

### Complex variants, full catalog control

maximstore's catalog is broad and full of product-specific details — and the team needs to manage all of it quickly and easily.

## B2B purchasing portal for Techint Group companies

- **Timeline**: Apr 2026 – present
- **Team**: PM, QA, architect, a developer and a UI/UX designer
- **Technologies used in this project**: [Node.js](https://www.tupaca.com/en/technologies/node), [Next.js](https://www.tupaca.com/en/technologies/nextjs), Express, TypeScript, AWS, CI/CD

> We brought maximstore's catalog into the Techint Group's procurement system, with a B2B portal integrated via PunchOut

### The challenge

maximstore wanted employees across the Techint Group's companies to buy its products through a dedicated channel — with special terms, and plugged into the group's procurement systems.

### Our solution

- A private storefront where people across the Techint Group can shop maximstore's catalog
- A dedicated catalog and exclusive perks for Techint buyers
- Its own checkout, separate from the consumer store, with custom features and a purchase flow designed specifically for Techint
- PunchOut integration with Techint's procurement platform, which connects to its ERP

### The result

- An exclusive buying channel for employees across the Techint Group companies
- Purchases that flow into Techint's procurement system like any other internal order
- Special terms for corporate buyers, with a checkout of their own
- A new B2B line of business for maximstore, on the same platform

### Buying without leaving the procurement flow

With PunchOut, Techint's buyers open maximstore's catalog from their own procurement platform, build the order and send it back to their system for approval like any other purchase. Buying Apple products becomes part of the group's internal processes.
