AI for Accounting and tax firms
What limits your firm isn't client demand: it's how much operational work the team can absorb.
Every new client adds fees, but also dozens of taxes, regimes and deadlines that someone has to keep up with month after month. That operational work defines how many clients you can take on, at what margin, and with how much risk of an error reaching the client.
We identify where applying AI makes sense in your operation, what impact it can generate and where it's best to start — with an analysis tailored to your company.

The team is already at its limit with the current portfolio: taking on more clients means hiring before billing.
Margin that keeps thinning out
Fees are negotiated once, but the operational hours per client never go down.
Errors that reach the client
A miskeyed figure or a missed deadline is paid for by the client — and by the firm's reputation.
Advisory work always left for later
The work that bills best and builds the most loyalty is the one that always gets postponed until volume drops.

What you get
Your AI Opportunity Map
We analyze one process in your firm and show you what operational load AI can take over — receipt entry, reconciliations, document follow-up —, what impact that has on your team's capacity and where it's best to start.
- 1
The process as it actually works today
We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- 2
Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't
We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- 3
Impact and effort matrix
Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- 4
An estimate of the possible benefit
The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- 5
A concrete recommendation on where to start
One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.
If we don't find at least one opportunity with an estimable benefit, we say so and the process ends there: we don't propose a project just to justify the meeting.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we survey the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details before putting the Map together.
Is it in person?
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.
Do I have to prepare anything?
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.
How long until we see a result?
The first automations — receipt entry, reconciliations — are usually running within weeks. They're the ones with the highest impact and the lowest effort, and the Map defines exactly what order to tackle them in. If after a month the hours your team spends on the process haven't dropped, there's no point continuing.
What happens with our clients' data?
It's the first question any partner asks, and rightly so. A taxpayer's information is covered by professional privilege and by Argentina's data protection law (25.326). We define from the outset which data is processed and where, and the system is configured so the information is never used to train third-party models.
Does my company have to be large?
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.
What happens afterwards?
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.
When is the USD 3,000 charged?
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we waive the full cost of the Map against that project.
Does it work with Tango, Bejerman, Xubio or whatever we already use?
There's no need to change systems. We build on what your software already allows: data import and export, APIs where available, and the receipts you already download from the tax authority. The goal is for the data to land in the system you use today, not to add one more.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
No process is left without human oversight. The AI proposes and the team validates: a confidence threshold is set, anything below it goes to review, and everything stays traceable. Oversight shifts from reviewing 100% to reviewing only the exceptions.
