AI for Online stores and e-commerce
The sale is lost in the abandoned cart, the unanswered question and the return that gets stuck.
In an online store friction shows up at every stage of the funnel: the checkout that gets abandoned, the question that takes too long to resolve, the return that drags on. It's a question of revenue and of the buying experience.
We identify where applying AI makes sense in your operation, what impact it can generate and where it's best to start — with an analysis tailored to your company.

Repetitive queries
Where's my order, how do I exchange a product: the same questions, over and over.
Returns that eat up time
Reviewing, approving and restocking every exchange or return takes hours off the team.
A catalog that never gets updated
Uploading and describing new products moves slower than the pace of the business.
Where to look for opportunities first
We place each initiative by how much impact it can generate and how much effort implementing it takes.

What you get
Your AI Opportunity Map
We analyze your conversion funnel and show you which part of customer support, cart recovery and returns AI can take over, what impact that has on revenue and where it's best to start.
- 1
The process as it actually works today
We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- 2
Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't
We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- 3
Impact and effort matrix
Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- 4
An estimate of the possible benefit
The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- 5
A concrete recommendation on where to start
One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.
If we don't find at least one opportunity with an estimable benefit, we say so and the process ends there: we don't propose a project just to justify the meeting.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we survey the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details before putting the Map together.
Is it in person?
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.
Do I have to prepare anything?
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.
How long until we see results?
The first automations — replies about orders and shipping, cart recovery — are usually running within weeks. They're the ones with the highest impact and the lowest effort, and the Map defines exactly what order to tackle them in.
What happens with my information?
What we discuss stays between us: we don't use it for anything other than building your Map, and we don't share it with third parties. If your company needs to sign a non-disclosure agreement before we start, we're happy to sign one.
What if my store doesn't sell that much yet?
What decides whether it's worth it isn't revenue but repeated volume: how many identical queries you answer per week, how many carts are left without a second attempt. If that number is high, the impact is real even for a small store.
What happens afterwards?
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.
When is the USD 3,000 charged?
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we waive the full cost of the Map against that project.
Does it work with Tiendanube, Shopify, VTEX or WooCommerce?
Yes. We work with the platform you already use, no migrations: they all expose order, catalog and customer APIs. In the Map we survey your real stack — platform, payment methods, logistics, support channel — and the proposal is built on top of that.
Does it replace my customer support team?
No: it takes the repetitive queries so your team can handle the ones that matter. In Argentina, 60.8% of queries in online stores are already resolved with no human intervention (Tiendanube, 2026) — the rest, the complex complaints and the cases that decide whether a customer comes back, stay with a person.
