AI for Hotels and tourist accommodation
The inquiry you don't answer in time isn't lost: it goes straight to the OTA.
Between the inquiry that takes too long to answer, the review nobody replies to and the dependence on OTAs, a good part of the margin is lost before the guest even arrives. It's a question of revenue, not just occupancy.
We identify where applying AI makes sense in your operation, what impact it can generate and where it's best to start — with an analysis tailored to your company.

Every inquiry that takes too long to answer is a booking that cools off or goes to the OTA.
Reviews left unanswered
A neglected online reputation hits rate and occupancy directly.
Dependence on OTAs
Every booking that arrives through an OTA pays commission and cancels more often than a direct one.
Guests who don't come back
With no follow-up after the stay, you lose the chance of a direct booking next time.
Where to look for opportunities first

What you get
Your AI Opportunity Map
We analyze how an inquiry comes in and gets handled at your hotel and show you which part of guest support, follow-up and online reputation AI can take over, what impact that has on RevPAR and where it's best to start.
- 1
The process as it actually works today
We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- 2
Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't
We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- 3
Impact and effort matrix
Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- 4
An estimate of the possible benefit
The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- 5
A concrete recommendation on where to start
One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.
If we don't find at least one opportunity with an estimable benefit, we say so and the process ends there: we don't propose a project just to justify the meeting.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we survey the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details before putting the Map together.
Is it in person?
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.
Do I have to prepare anything?
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.
How long until the hotel sees results?
The first thing to move is inquiry handling, because that's where the volume is and where margin is lost today. The impact on direct bookings is measured by season. What we don't do is promise a number before seeing your occupancy, rate and channel data.
Does this replace the personal touch guests value?
No, it protects it. AI takes the repetitive things and whatever comes in after hours — availability, rates, how to get there — and anything that needs judgment goes to a person with the context already loaded. With reviews we're especially careful: replying to everything automatically can hurt your reputation, so the AI prioritizes and drafts, but someone at the hotel approves the reply.
Does my company have to be large?
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.
What happens afterwards?
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.
When is the USD 3,000 charged?
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we waive the full cost of the Map against that project.
Does it integrate with the PMS we already use?
Yes. Cloudbeds and Mews have open APIs, so the connection is direct; with smaller systems or in-house builds we work with whatever the system exposes. In the Map we tell you what we can connect to today and what would be needed for the rest, before you invest.
What about the OTAs? Do we have to leave Booking or Expedia?
No. OTAs are still a visibility channel; the problem is depending on them. The idea isn't to cut the channel but to capture the inquiry before it goes looking there, and to follow up with the guest after the stay so the next booking comes in direct.
