AI for Law firms and notaries

The work that fills the day isn't always the work the client pays for.

The hours spent reviewing, searching and drafting don't always make it onto the invoice, and they're the same hours that cap how much work the firm can take on. Meanwhile, on the other side of the table, corporate legal departments have already changed the way they work.
We identify where applying AI makes sense in your operation, what impact it can generate and where it's best to start — with an analysis tailored to your company.

This service is valued at

Fully waived if you move forward with us on the implementation.

We only charge for it if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities.

Document review that never reaches the invoice

Reading and comparing long documents consumes professional time that is rarely billed in full.

Searching before you can advise

Finding the right precedent or internal prior work delays precisely the work that does get billed.

Filings redone from scratch

Nearly identical clauses and briefs are drafted again case by case, without capitalizing on what the firm has already solved before.

Deadlines that depend on someone remembering

Tracking due dates by hand turns an administrative slip into a professional liability problem.

Where to look for opportunities first

We place each initiative by how much impact it can generate and how much effort implementing it takes.

Do you recognize any of these processes in your company?

Request your Opportunity Map and we'll confirm it together.

What you get

Your AI Opportunity Map

We analyze one process in your firm and show you what document work AI can take over — review, search, repetitive drafting —, how many hours the team gets back and what to start with first.

  1. 1

The process as it actually works today

We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.

  2. 2

Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't

We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.

  3. 3

    Impact and effort matrix

Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.

  4. 4

An estimate of the possible benefit

The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.

  5. 5

A concrete recommendation on where to start

One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.

If we don't find at least one opportunity with an estimable benefit, we say so and the process ends there: we don't propose a project just to justify the meeting.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we survey the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details before putting the Map together.

Is it in person?

No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.

Do I have to prepare anything?

Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.

How long until we see results?

The first improvements usually show up within weeks, because we start with a narrow process — reviewing one type of document, searching the firm's archive — rather than replacing your case management system. The Map defines which one to do first based on the volume the firm handles.

What about professional privilege and our clients' information?

It's the first design constraint. We define which data leaves the firm and which doesn't, minimizing sensitive information and using models that don't train on what they're given — the same safeguards set out in the Buenos Aires bar association's guidance. The duty of confidentiality under section 156 of the Criminal Code and Law 23.187 remains the lawyer's, and the solution is built so it can be met.

Does my company have to be large?

No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.

What happens afterwards?

The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.

When is the USD 3,000 charged?

Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we waive the full cost of the Map against that project.

Does it work with the system we already use?

Yes. We work with what the firm already has: Lex-Doctor, MetaJurídico or another case manager, the federal judiciary portal and provincial filing desks, or simply Word, Excel and Drive. We don't ask you to migrate: the idea is for the AI to build on the case files and templates the firm already uses every day.

Does this replace the lawyer's judgment?

No, and no serious approach frames it that way. The AI prepares: it finds, summarizes, compares and leaves a draft. The decision, the strategy and the signature remain the professional's — who is also the one held accountable. What changes is the starting point: instead of a blank page, a draft that's already been worked on.
