How long does it take?
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we survey the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details before putting the Map together.
Is it in person?
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.
Do I have to prepare anything?
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.
How long until we see results?
The first processes usually show impact within the first month. We start with something narrow and high-volume — document reading, validations, tracking — precisely so the result shows up fast and doesn't depend on a long project.
What happens with our customs and commercial documents?
They stay under your company's control. We define from the outset where each document is processed and stored, with restricted access, and we sign whatever non-disclosure agreement your company requires before seeing a single piece of paper.
Does my company have to be large?
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.
What happens afterwards?

When is the USD 3,000 charged?
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we waive the full cost of the Map against that project.
Does it work with our TMS, WMS or ERP?
Yes, and there's no need to change them. We work with what's already in production — SAP, Tango, an off-the-shelf TMS/WMS or an in-house system — using whatever integration that system allows: API, database, files. When the system is closed, the automation builds on the document layer instead of touching the core.
Our operation is nothing but exceptions. Is this still useful?
It's useful precisely because of that. Automation doesn't replace judgment: it processes what's routine, flags what doesn't add up and hands it to a person with the context already assembled. The team stops reviewing everything and reviews only what matters.
