AI for Industrial manufacturing
The plant produces less than it used to and the back office works harder than ever.
Costs go up, they can't be passed on to price and volume isn't coming back: the only lever left to defend margin is how the plant is run. Yet half of your managers', supervisors' and engineers' day goes into production orders, quality records, reports and spreadsheets nobody ever looks at again. That's where AI can take over production's administrative work — reading, keying in, cross-checking and alerting — without touching a single machine.
We identify where applying AI makes sense in your operation, what impact it can generate and where it's best to start — with an analysis tailored to your company.

The context
~50%
of the time of managers, plant supervisors and engineers goes into document handling, data analysis and problem solving: exactly the tasks AI can transform.
UIA + Accenture — Reinventarse con Inteligencia: cómo construir la Fábrica 203057.1%
of installed capacity is what Argentine SME manufacturing actually uses, with output down 7.8% and margins squeezed because cost increases can't be passed on to price.
CAME — Índice de Producción Industrial Pyme, mayo 202615%
of Argentine manufacturers make advanced, consistent use of management systems. 55% integrate three digital enablers or fewer.
UIA + Accenture — Reinventarse con Inteligencia: cómo construir la Fábrica 2030Margin that volume won't fix
Costs rise and can't be passed on to price. With soft demand, the only thing left to recover margin is what happens inside the plant.
Every unplanned stoppage is paid for twice
First the spare part and the rush, then the output that never happened. The history to anticipate it already exists: it's in spreadsheets nobody analyzes.
The audit arrives and the records aren't there
A client asking for traceability or an ISO recertification isn't red tape: if the documentation isn't there, it's the client you lose.
Decisions made on stale data
The production report is built by hand and arrives once the shift, the week or the month has already closed. By then the decision has made itself.
Where to look for opportunities first

What you get
Your AI Opportunity Map
We analyze one process in your plant — production orders, quality records, maintenance, purchasing — and show you what administrative work AI can take over, what impact that has on cost per unit produced and where it's best to start.
- 1
The process as it actually works today
We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- 2
Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't
We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- 3
Impact and effort matrix
Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- 4
An estimate of the possible benefit
The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- 5
A concrete recommendation on where to start
One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.
If we don't find at least one opportunity with an estimable benefit, we say so and the process ends there: we don't propose a project just to justify the meeting.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we survey the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details before putting the Map together.
Is it in person?
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.
Do I have to prepare anything?
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.
How long until we see results?
Weeks, not fiscal years. The assessment takes around two weeks and we start with a high-volume administrative circuit — order entry, quality records, the production report — so the result shows up fast. What matters is measuring beforehand how many hours the team spends on that process today: without that baseline, there's no way to argue later whether it improved.
What happens with our drawings, formulas and costs?
They're the company's core asset and they're treated as such. Drawings, routings, formulas, cost per product and supplier lists: we define what leaves the perimeter and what is processed in your own environment, with role-based access and a non-disclosure agreement signed before we see a single file. None of that information trains third-party models.
Does my company have to be large?
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.
What happens afterwards?
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.
When is the USD 3,000 charged?
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we waive the full cost of the Map against that project.
Does it work with the ERP we already use?
Yes, and there's no need to change it. We work with what's already in production — Tango, Flexxus, Calipso, Finnegans, SAP Business One or an in-house build — using whatever integration that system allows: API, database or files. And also with the Excel spreadsheets where, in almost every plant, scheduling, costs and quality records really live. Those spreadsheets aren't a problem to fix before starting: they're the starting point.
Do we have to stop the plant to implement it?
No. We don't touch machines, PLCs or the line: we work on the administrative layer around production — the paperwork, the data and the alerts — so there's no technical downtime and nothing to install on the floor. The new circuit runs alongside the current one until the team confirms the numbers match.
