AI for Real Estate and developers
An inquiry left unanswered is a commission someone else collects.
The difference between winning and losing a deal is decided before the viewing: in how long you take to reply and how many times you follow up. It's a question of revenue, and of how much your sales team actually returns.
We identify where applying AI makes sense in your operation, what impact it can generate and where it's best to start — with an analysis tailored to your company.

By the time the team replies, the prospect has already viewed a property with another agency.
Follow-up depends on each agent
Some follow up five times, others not once. A deal shouldn't hinge on that.
Nobody's there when inquiries peak
Evenings and weekends concentrate inquiries that land at a closed office.

Thousands of prospects from previous years, with nobody ever getting back to them.
Where to look for opportunities first
We place each initiative by how much impact it can generate and how much effort implementing it takes.

What you get
Your AI Opportunity Map
We analyze how an inquiry comes in and moves through your company and show you which part of the response and follow-up AI can take over, what impact that has on closed deals and where it's best to start.
- 1
The process as it actually works today
We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- 2
Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't
We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- 3
Impact and effort matrix
Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- 4
An estimate of the possible benefit
The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- 5
A concrete recommendation on where to start
One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.
If we don't find at least one opportunity with an estimable benefit, we say so and the process ends there: we don't propose a project just to justify the meeting.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we survey the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details before putting the Map together.
Is it in person?
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.
Do I have to prepare anything?
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.
How long until we see results?
The first signal is immediate and measures itself: the time your agency takes to answer an inquiry goes from hours to seconds on day one. The effect on closed deals only shows up after two or three months, because that's the natural cycle of a property sale.
Buying a property is a huge decision. Doesn't the personal touch get lost?
Quite the opposite: the goal is for your agents to reach the important conversation, not to replace it. Automation covers what simply doesn't happen today — replying at three in the morning, following up for the fifth time — and leaves the agent the viewing, the negotiation and the close.
Does my company have to be large?
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.
What happens afterwards?
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.
When is the USD 3,000 charged?
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we waive the full cost of the Map against that project.
Does it work with the CRM we already use?
Yes, and there's no need to change it. We work with what you already have: Tokko Broker, another real estate CRM, or straight from the spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups where the information lives today. Surveying that is part of the Map: first we understand how an inquiry comes in and moves along, and only then do we define what gets automated.
Who controls what the client is told?
Your company. You define upfront what the system can answer on its own — availability, listed prices, scheduling a viewing — and what escalates to a person, such as a counteroffer or a payment term. Everything is logged and reviewable.
