AI for Private healthcare
The appointment nobody shows up for gets paid for anyway.
In a clinic the specialist, the consulting room and the admin team are fixed costs: they're paid whether the patient comes in or not. Almost 3 out of every 10 scheduled appointments end in a no-show, and most of them have an avoidable cause — something forgotten, a reminder that never arrived, a cancellation the patient tried to make and couldn't.
We identify where applying AI makes sense in your operation, what impact it can generate and where it's best to start — with an analysis tailored to your company.

The specialist, the consulting room and the team are paid in full. The missed appointment never reaches the invoice.
Appointments that could have been recovered
One in five patients who miss an appointment wanted to cancel and couldn't. That slot could have been reassigned the same day.
Confirmation that depends on someone calling
Calling appointment by appointment has a cost per patient and doesn't scale: when volume rises, the calls stop.
Waiting lists that push you to hire
Adding practitioners is the most expensive way out. It's better to first recover the appointments already booked that don't happen.
Where to look for opportunities first
We place each initiative by how much impact it can generate and how much effort implementing it takes.

What you get
Your AI Opportunity Map
We analyze your appointment flow and show you which part of the process — confirmations, reminders, rescheduling — AI can take over, how much revenue that recovers and where it's best to start.
- 1
The process as it actually works today
We map how your team really works, with its steps, delays and friction points.
- 2
Where applying AI makes sense — and where it doesn't
We separate the real opportunities from the ones that only sound good, so you don't spend budget on what generates no impact.
- 3
Impact and effort matrix
Every opportunity placed by how much it moves the business and how much it costs to implement.
- 4
An estimate of the possible benefit
The hours, errors or revenue at stake, with the assumptions in plain sight so you can challenge them.
- 5
A concrete recommendation on where to start
One first opportunity to get moving on, not a generic list of good intentions.
If we don't find at least one opportunity with an estimable benefit, we say so and the process ends there: we don't propose a project just to justify the meeting.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
It starts with a consulting meeting over video call, where we survey the process and define the focus of the analysis. If the process calls for it, we add a second meeting to validate details before putting the Map together.
Is it in person?
No. Every meeting is over video call, whether your company is in Argentina, Mexico or anywhere else: we schedule quickly and with no travel involved.
Do I have to prepare anything?
Nothing. The only thing we ask is that someone who can make the decision joins the first meeting, so we don't have to repeat the conversation later on. If we then need to get into the operational detail, we bring in whoever knows the process day to day.
How long until we see results?
Reminders and appointment confirmation are among the first processes to show a signal, because the effect is measured on the following weeks' schedule. What matters is having your no-show rate measured before you start: without that baseline there's no way to know how much it improved.
What happens with patient data and medical records?
We don't need the medical record for this. A reminder works with a name, a phone number and the appointment date: none of the clinical content enters the process. Health data is sensitive data under Argentina's Law 25.326 and the patient owns their medical record under Law 26.529; we design the solution so the clinic remains the sole custodian of that information.
Does my company have to be large?
No. What matters isn't the size of the company but that there is a process with enough volume — many transactions, queries or repetitive documents — for automating part of it to have a real, measurable impact.
What happens afterwards?
The Map is your company's, whether you use it with us or not. If you decide to move forward, the same team that built it can build the solution and support you over time. If you'd rather wait or evaluate another option, the Map is still yours.
When is the USD 3,000 charged?
Only if, after seeing your Map, you decide not to pursue any of the opportunities we found. If you move forward with us on implementing one, we waive the full cost of the Map against that project.
Does it work with our scheduling system?
Yes. We work with the system the clinic already uses — Medilink, Nubimed, an in-house build or even spreadsheets — connecting via API, database or sector standards such as HL7. There's no need to migrate systems or change how the team books appointments.
Does this replace the front desk?
No. It changes what that time is spent on. Appointment-by-appointment confirmation is the part that gets automated; the team is left for what actually needs judgment: relocating the patient who calls late, filling the slot that just opened up, resolving the difficult case.
