The challenge
Wama, a Mexican sportswear uniform manufacturer, had production orders moving through several departments with no clear way to track them. Teams relied on manual processes, and nobody had real-time visibility into which stage each order was at.
From manual processes to full control of production, in 3 weeks
10x

modules, from order entry to the dashboard

Our solution
We designed and built a custom web system, with AI across the whole process:
- User and department management, with an admin who oversees the entire operation
- Order entry with the details of every garment and spec files attached
- Order planning: which departments each order goes through, and in what sequence
- Moving orders between departments, with a simple interface for each team
- Assigning stages to outside workshops
- A real-time dashboard showing where every order is, plus metrics for each department
- AI-assisted development with Claude at every stage
- Team training and go-live
The result
- Every order tracked end to end, from creation to finished product
- Real-time visibility into the stage of every order
- Manual processes replaced by a simple system for day-to-day work
- A system live in 3 weeks, ready for new modules
- Simple for the floor, complete for management
- Production teams were used to working by hand, so each department sees only what it needs and moves orders forward in a few clicks. The full picture — metrics and lead times — lives in the admin dashboard.
