About us: building software since 2017
Tupaca was born in 2017, in Palermo, Buenos Aires, when Nicolás Rodríguez and Rodrigo Melón, friends and Systems Engineering classmates at UTN, decided to join forces. The vision was clear: show the world the exceptional quality that digital products built in Argentina could achieve.
Our story
What started as a small software development venture quickly gained traction when, that same year, we landed our first global client: FOX Channels. That challenge pushed us to grow as a team and move into a bigger office, without ever losing our startup DNA. In 2019, our quality management system earned ISO 9001 certification from TÜV Rheinland. In 2020, the pandemic brought unexpected challenges. We faced them with resilience, and kept growing with a team distributed across Argentina, earning the trust of new clients that let us gain experience in other industries.
Today we're 25+ people with 250+ projects delivered, working in highly specialized teams in constant contact with our co-founders. We make sure every client gets not just exceptional technology, but the founders' direct involvement in their project. Tupaca's story is, in a way, the story of every technical challenge we've taken on alongside our clients.
