Health data is sensitive data under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (25.326), so access is defined from the design stage, with users, roles and per-profile permissions, and security practices built to meet data protection requirements.

Can you migrate data from our old system?

Yes. It's part of building the electronic health record: we bring over data from previous systems, even in legacy or unstructured formats, so each patient's information lives in one place.

Yes. We built the management system for Fertygen, a fertility clinic, from scratch, and the course platform for IDHS, the training institute of the Buenos Aires Municipal Physicians' Association. We also ran product discovery for Punto Clínico, a practice management platform for specialty clinics in Mexico.

More and more Latin American countries require digital health records. In Argentina, for example, Law 27,706, passed in 2023, is rolling out a single electronic health record system across public, private and social insurance (obra social) facilities, and every institution needs software that can capture, store and share that information.

Data protection laws across the region also classify health data as sensitive, such as Law 25,326 in Argentina, so who can access what, and from where, has to be designed in from day one. And because every clinic runs differently — its specialties, workflows and tests — off-the-shelf systems tend to force the operation to fit the software, when it should be the other way around.
